The Women’s Program is a female coached, all-female, strength and conditioning program that focuses on building strength, proper body
mechanics, and heavy doses of conditioning work.

Aside from the gym, you can take advantage of pool, spa, sauna and other services in our center. We tend to provide the best services on the market to guarantee 100% positive effect for our customers.

OUR CLASSES
Classes are drop-in and included with your membership. Wristbands are required for entry into all group fitness classes and are available beginning thirty minutes prior to the scheduled start time for each class.
